We first used Alternative pest control when we moved into a new house and had an ant problem. The owners are so nice and helpful. They sprayed in and out of the house and left ant traps in case we had any further problems (which we didn't). We signed up for the quarterly treatment and never have any bug problems. Ther are very flexible with appointment times too. We had to cancel an appointment once and had to reschedule at the last minute. They didn't charge us as some companies do. We like how they call and remind us to make appointments too.
